With the Mobile World Congress coming up real soon, rumors have started to emerge; especially on the HTC Ville Android phone. As early as November 2011, rumors have already started to surface about this Android device. And now that another Android blog was able to get their hands on a rendering of the device, HTC fans are getting more excited to hear about the HTC Ville.

We can totally understand why these people feel this way about the device. At only 8mm thin, the HTC Ville is expected to be the slimmest smartphone that HTC has ever made. What’s even more exciting is the fact that the phone runs on Google Android 4.01, the latest Ice Cream Sandwich OS. In addition, the phone is powered by a powerful 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and the all-new HTC Sense UI v4.0. As for its aesthetics, the HTC Ville has a 4.3-inch screen and a 8MP camera.

So shall we be seeing the device on MWC in Barcelona later this month? We have a huge feeling we’ll do and we certainly hope so. How about you? Do you think the HTC Ville will be announced at MWC?
