Apparently, Sony Ericsson has just confirmed its Android 4.0 update schedule. For Sony Ericsson users, this update schedule probably comes across as a pleasant surprise as the company has always been notoriously slow in rolling out their updates to their smartphones.
Sony Ericsson, or just plain Sony soon, stated in its product blog that the Xperia Arc S, Xperia Neo V and Xperia Ray will be the first few models to get be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich in late March or early April 2012. After that in early May 2012, the upgrade will be rolled out to the Xperia Arc, the Xperia Play, Xperia Neo, Xperia Mini and Mini Pro, the Xperia Active and Live with Walkman.
