It is hard not to get excited about the latest buzz circulating around the Android camp these days. Word has it that there are some big things headed our way and that is definitely the case when it comes to getting more advanced Android devices.
Sprint recently invited members of the media to come to a “mysterious” press event scheduled on the 7th of Feb to cover the announcement of some major news. It even went so far as to promise "yet another industry first" and, strangely enough, magician David Blaine is also going to be on hand to make the “impossible possible”
Some had speculated that this so called industry first would be a 4G iPhone, but since Android news sites and bloggers have been invited to the show, this is not looking likely at the moment.
What could be on the table could be the announcement of a dual screen tablet for Android. If recent Android rumors prove to be true, then Android fans are definitely going to enjoy this because this would be quite the device to complement Sprint's 4G network. Some are speculating that the two screens could be part of a 3D effect generating technology, but others believe it is more likely that the dual screen would allow users to run a primary app and secondary app at the same time with ease (dual core, anyone?).
We will definitely have to wait to see how things turn out, but at this point it is definitely true that the coming weeks are going to be exciting for fans who love what Android has to offer.
